Refund policy
Effective November 2, 2026 · All rights reserved
1. Digital products and the right of withdrawal
Vulkan sells digital content and services that are delivered immediately: as soon as a payment is confirmed, what you bought is added to your account.
On the payment screen in Vulkan Hub, before paying, you accept the Terms of use and this Refund policy, and you expressly request immediate delivery and confirm that you understand that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal. As a result, the statutory right of withdrawal doesn't apply once your order has been delivered.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that mandatory consumer law gives you.
2. When a refund may be given
- Your payment was confirmed, but what you bought wasn't delivered and Vulkan couldn't fix it
- A defect in the product (not in your computer, its settings, other software or your internet connection) prevents its use, you reported it within 14 days of buying, and Vulkan couldn't fix it
Amounts paid too much, paid twice or paid after an order expired or was cancelled may be credited to your balance.
Unused keys from an order bought as keys may be refunded to your balance within 14 days of payment where Vulkan Hub offers this; refunded keys are revoked. Used keys are not refunded.
Vulkan decides on every refund request at its sole discretion, subject to mandatory law.
3. When we don't refund
- Change of mind, no longer needing the product, or choosing the wrong product or duration
- Problems caused by your computer, its settings, other software or your internet connection
- Time left on a timed license you don't use
- Products withdrawn from sale or no longer provided, unless Vulkan decides otherwise
- Licenses, keys, memberships or accounts suspended or revoked because the Terms of use were broken
- Payments sent in the wrong coin, on the wrong network, to the wrong address or in the wrong amount that can't be recovered, and network, wallet or exchange fees
- Changes in the value of cryptocurrencies after payment
- Balance top-ups
- Keys bought from a reseller (contact the reseller), and keys a reseller issued from their balance
- Vulkan+ entry and renewal fees, except in the cases in section 2
4. How refunds are made
Refunds are credited to your Vulkan balance, which you can use for purchases in Vulkan Hub. Where the law requires a refund in money, or Vulkan agrees to one, Vulkan sends it in cryptocurrency (in a coin and on a network Vulkan chooses) to a wallet address you give, for the US dollar amount of the refund converted at the rate on the day it is sent, minus network fees. You are responsible for giving the correct address.
When an order is refunded, what it delivered (a license, keys, added time or a membership) is revoked.
If a payment is reversed or refunded through the payment provider, the credit that came from it is removed from your balance and the related license may be suspended.
5. How to ask for a refund
Open a support ticket in Vulkan Hub (Support › New ticket) with your order number within 14 days of payment. Vulkan may refuse requests that abuse this policy.
